Terms of Service

PAYMENT:I can take payments through Ko-fi, Patreaon and bank transfer. I DO NOT accept payment through Paypal.
For commissions under £30, 100% is paid up front. Commissions £30 and over have 50% paid up front, and the other 50% after you are sent a WATERMARKED finished image.WHAT I'LL DRAW:I will draw anything that I am experienced in, as well as what I am inexperienced in.Experienced in:
- anthro characters
- complex characters
- fan (and copyrighted) charactersInexperienced in:
- gore
- lighter NSFW
- humanoid characters
- backgrounds/environments
- mech charactersWill NOT draw:
- heavy fetish content
- unethical NSFW (e.g. pedophilia, rape, etc.)
- hateful content (e.g. LGBTQphobia, racism, etc.)If you are commissioning an NSFW piece (sexual content, gore), I will require an ID confirming that you are over 18.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:I reserve the right to decline a commission to anyone, for any reason, and I do not have to state why.- if I cancel a commission, any money you have paid will be fully refunded
- if you decide to cancel a commission, your refund is dependent on where in the process I am:
- if no drawing has begun, you will be refunded 90% of the commission price. This is due to time already spend in organisation of the commission, and commission slots lost
- if any portion of the art is finished (evidenced by WIP images from me), you will be refunded 40% of your commission
- if the artwork is finished, you will not be refundedCOPYRIGHT AND USAGE:I reserve the right to use any of my artwork to promote my social media etc. I do not take the right to produce mechandise with art made for others, as it is custom and paid for.How you CAN use my artwork/designs:- personal uses (e.g. avatars, icons, pagedolls, reference sheets, site decorations)
- reposting on social media, as long as I am credited in some way
- redesigning characters I have designed is of course ALLOWED; you own that character! Just credit me on their page for example.How you CANNOT use my artwork/designs:- commercial use; unless discussed/arranged with me personally, please do not use my artwork/designs for merchandise or any other profit
- replication; do NOT trace my artwork, or use it for photobashing etc. Unless otherwise stated, my artwork is not a 'base'. This doesn't apply to character designs, as you can of course replicate them.
- false claims; do not claim that the artwork/design was made by any other artist than myself. This includes removing signatures or watermarks.
- AI use; do NOT feed my artwork into any AI structures. In addition, do not attempt to recreate my artwork, characters or style using AI.
